- Max age 25 years old
- Preferably not married
- Min D3 majoring in Secretary, Administration, English or min D3 with min 2 years of experience as Secretary
- Willing to work over time, and willing to be contacted outside working hours if required companies
- Good looking, and dressed in clean, neat
- Height and weight proportional
- Fluent in English min passiveComputer literate, min MS Office (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to draft correspondence
- Understanding the filing system organized and easy to navigate
